Exchange Policy
While we hope you love your Sorus items as much as we do, we understand change of minds can happen or the sizing may be a little off.
We are more than happy to facilitate exchanges, a credit, or full refund within 60 days of you receiving full priced products. The item must be in an unworn condition with tags still attached. Please return with original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost back to Sorus. Whilst we will cover the cost of shipment of any items that have been exchanged back to the customer.
We cannot return or exchange sale items. All items on sale are final. Please check the sizing guide carefully before purchasing or send an email to joe@sorus.com.au to clarify sizing issues before purchase.
